We want you to be satisfied with your Power My Shed kit. If you need to return an item or request a refund, please review the following.

Eligibility

Unopened and unused kits in original packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Opened or installed items may not be eligible for full refund; contact us to discuss.

How to request a return

Contact us via the Contact page with your order details and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and, if approved, process your refund once we receive the returned items.

Refund timing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Defective or damaged items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund as appropriate.
